今回はNFT業界で期待のホープとして着目を集める「KIWAMIプロジェクト」に取材をお願いしたところ快く引き受けていただきました。

まず最初はKIWAMIの自己紹介をお願いいたします。

KIWAMIは、アーティスト、ビルダー、ルールブレーカーの次世代集団です。 メタバースで慎重に設計され、日本で生まれたKIWAMIは、唯一無二のクリプトアートであるという事の意味を再定義しています。

KIWAMIは何よりも、私達のコミュニティファーストの考え方により推進しています。 

その為、世界中のNFTコミュニティが愛するポップアートアニメスタイルを出発点として選びました。

私達一人一人が、私達自身の物語、情熱、そして夢をもたらします。

KIWAMIチームとプロジェクトはなぜ匿名で活動をされているのでしょうか？

NFTはクリプトの一部であり切り離すことはできません。一部の人々は分散型ブロックチェーンのコンセプトをクリプトから切り離そうと試み失敗しています。

外の世界に目を向けてみると、従来のやり方である中央銀行は個人情報をコントロールしております。しかし、私達は彼らのやり方ではなくサトシ・ナカモトを選ぶことができます。

技術的な面において、KIWAMIは当初Anonymice（オンライン匿名コミュニティの総称）のコミュニティと開発者のサポートを得ていました。このコミュニティとリード開発者は、NFTスペースのパイオニアとして非常に有名であり尊敬を集めています。また、彼らは完全な匿名性で行われています。

そして、私達自身もクリプトネイティブとして、BTC・ETH・DeFiといった接点のある世界から、今日に至っていますのでNFTに関しても私達が匿名を選択することは誰も驚かないでしょう。

私達は、金融システムの際目でクリプトアート活動を構築し、グローバルかつ革命的な流れの中で活動しているのです。

KIWAMIに聞く！NFTマーケット

「日本、アニメ」をテーマにしたNFTがブームです。「日本、アニメ」が着目される理由はなんでしょうか？

世界のクリプト世代（20~40歳）は、アニメやゲームの影響を強く受け、何百という事例があります。その意味では日本は強豪国です。

それは誰も否定出来ない事ですよね。

日本に対して欧米人（主にEUやアメリカの若者）の心にはエキゾチックでオリエタル・ミスティシズム観を抱いています。

NFTはまだ始まったばかりですが、高額なNFTの話題の影響もあり、一般の方が参加しにくい敷居の高さもあります。今後、NFTはどのような市場になると予想されますか？NFT市場の理想の姿などあれば教えてください。

私達のビジョンは、NFTのエコシステムがクリプトの世界やDeFiの世界とより一体化することです。特にアートNFTについては、21世紀の世界的な芸術活動と統合していくだろうと思います。

アートNFTを購入するのは難しいかもしれませんが、他にも参加する方法はあります。

私達のようなコミュニティに十分なリソースがあれば、コミュニティと関わり、コミュニティーアートやマーケティングを展開していく事で、KIWAMIの資金又はNFTから報酬を得ることができます。

さらに、分割化されたクリプトアートのトークンを購入することで、市場のトップピースを部分的に所有できるやり方もあります。

CeFiではNFTを担保にできないが、DeFiではできます。DeFiとNFTの繋がりのレボリューションはこれからも続いていくと考えております。

NFTはコミュニティと密接な関係があります。NFT保有者が行うと良い行動があれば教えてください。また、NFT保有をしていないが興味があるという方はどのような関わり方をコミュニティとすると良いでしょうか？

あなたが皆に尊敬されたいのと同じように、皆を尊敬してください。

インターネット上ではみんな仮名を使っていますが、画面の向こうの人も人です。クリプトの世界には国がありません。私たちは皆、メタバースの市民なのです。

まずはTwitterから始めて、気に入ったらDiscordに移動して、コミュニティと関わり、Discord内の案内を読んでみてください。

まず最初は自分のクリプトを管理することです。

自己管理型ウォレットの使い方、自分の資金を確保する方法、例えば、メタマスクを使った分散型の資金移動の方法などを学び、十分に納得し、コミュニティと雰囲気が合った時、貴重なETH（イーサリアム）を使うようにしましょう。

その他、主に日本人に向けて発信する内容があればお聞かせください。

日本は常に技術革新の最先端を走っています。クリプトは技術革新だけではなく、社会革命でもあります。それは同時に重要な事です。

この社会革命のタイミングをつかむことに関して日本は現在、欧米に遅れをとっているのは事実です。取引所やローカルルールの目線ではなくグローバルの視点で捉えてほしいと思います。

NFTを買わないか？NFTを売ってくれないか？とダイレクトメッセージが届く詐欺が横行しております。DMの交渉は「Openseaに接続ができない」「手数料がもったいないから直接売買したい」という内容です。全て詐欺ですので無視するようにしましょう。

Please tell me the introduction profile of KIWAMI.

Kiwami is a next-generation collective of artists, builders, and rule-breakers. Kiwami Genesis is a collection of 10,000 NFTs, comprised of hundreds of unique visual traits designed by an anonymous Japanese team of street art mavericks. The aesthetic character is guided by cybernetic, urban pop art, and inspired by cultural Japanese elements.

The information on the KIWAMI team and the project is anonymous. What is your intention?

Welcome to crypto! NFTs are part and parcel of crypto, you cant separate them. One is a fungible token, the other non-fungible.

Some people have tried, unsuccessfully, to separate the decentralized Blockchain concept from crypto. We can look to our external world and see the negative externalities from the actions of central bankers, all of whom are doxxed. Its our choice and we choose, any day, Satoshi Nakamoto over them.

On the technical front, Kiwami had the initial support of the Anonymice community and developers. This community and lead developer is an extremely well-known and revered pioneer of the NFT space. They also happen to be fully anonymous.

In addition, as cryptonatives ourselves, we have arrived where we are today from the tangential worlds of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Defi. Now to NFTs – it doesn’t surprise anyone that we would choose to be anonymous. No matter what, it is undeniable. We are working at the edges of the financial system, in a global, revolutionary trend that makes up the cryptoart movement.

At the end of the day, this project is about the community and vision set forth by the team, not the individual backgrounds of the team members. Who we look like does not matter. What we do, is everything.

We’ll deliver on our vision and mission in the most transparent way, independently of whether we are doxxed/undoxxed.

Please tell us about the future development of KIWAMI (as long as it can be disclosed).

We are working on several fronts to expand the world of Kiwami.

With regard to:

1. Art : illustrations, 3D Models, and video production
2. Merch : Made in Japan or top global manufacturers collaborations.
3. Community : there is an artistic explosion you can enjoy right now primarily in Twitter and Discord that we encourage everyone to participate in .

About the NFT market

NFT with the theme of "Japan, animation" is booming. What is the reason why "Japan, anime" is attracting attention?

The crypto generation (20~40 years old) is heavily influenced by anime and video games. There are hundreds of examples about that. Japan is a powerhouse in that sense. Nobody can’t deny that.

Plus the exotic oriental-mysticism that Japan generates in the mind of westerners, principally youngsters from EU and US is undeniably powerful.

Although NFTs are still in its infancy, it is difficult for the general public to participate due to the influence of expensive NFT topics. What kind of market is expected for NFT in the future? Please tell us if you have an ideal image of the NFT market.

Our vision is the NFT ecosystem more integrated into the Crypto world and the DeFi world . And for art NFTs specifically, an integration with the global artistic movements of the XXI century.

You may not be able to afford to purchase the art NFTs, but there are other ways of participation. Given the ample resources in communities like ours, one could engage with the community and/or expand on the artistic revolution through fan art or marketing and be rewarded from our treasury or in NFTs.

There are even additional innovations where one can purchase tokens of fractionalized crypto art, allowing partial ownership of top pieces in the market.

You can’t use NFTs as collateral in CeFi but you can do it in DeFi.

And the revolution goes on

NFTs are closely related to the community. Please let me know if there are any good behaviors that NFT holders should do. Also, if you do not have an NFT but are interested in it, what kind of involvement should you use as a community?

Respect everyone in the same way you want everyone to respect you. We are all online, using pseudonyms but that doesn’t mean the person on the other side of the screen isn’t a real living human being. There are no countries in crypto, we are all citizens of the metaverse.

Start with Twitter, if you like what you see, move to Discord, engage with the community and read our materials.

Lastly, take custody of your crypto. Learn how to use self-custodial wallets, how to secure your own funds, how to transfer funds in a decentralized manner using Metamask (for example) and only spend your precious eth, if you are fully convinced and vibe with the community.

Japan is always on the edge of the technological innovation. But crypto is not only technical innovation, it is also a social revolution, which is equally as important. It is true that Japan is currently lagging the west in regard to seizing the moment in this social revolution. So forget about exchanges and local regulations for a moment… let’s take custody of our crypto and start engaging in this unstoppable global revolution
